At Quitiz, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered with our simple and transparent return policy.


📌 Return Eligibility & Guidelines


1️⃣ Standard Product Returns


Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


Condition: The product must be:


  • Unused & Unworn (if applicable)


  • Undamaged and in its original packaging


  • Include all tags, manuals, accessories, and free gifts (if any)


🔹 Returns are NOT accepted if:


❌ The product is used, washed, or altered.


❌ The product is returned without original packaging & tags.


❌ It is a non-returnable item (see below).


2️⃣ Customized & Personalized Products


🔹 Important: Products that are customized, engraved, monogrammed, or made-to-order CANNOT be returned unless:


✅ There is a manufacturing defect


✅ The product was delivered damaged


📲 WhatsApp Confirmation: For personalized orders, we send a preview for approval before production. Once confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made.


3️⃣ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received


If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with a video recording as proof.


🎥 How to Submit Video Proof?


1️⃣ Start Recording Before Opening the Package – The package must be sealed when you start.


2️⃣ Show the Product Clearly – Capture the damage/defect in detail.


3️⃣ Capture the Order Label & Packaging – Ensure the shipping label is visible.


4️⃣ Email the Video to support@quitiz.com
within 24 hours of delivery.


⚠️ Note: Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to process returns for damaged products.


🔄 Exchange, Refund & Replacement Process


🔁 Exchange


If you received a damaged or defective product, we can arrange a free replacement (based on availability).


💰 Refunds


  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.


  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).


  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or to a bank account provided by you.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs


  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping.


  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.



🚀 How to Initiate a Return?


1️⃣ Submit a Return Request

  • Order ID


  • Reason for Return


  • Video proof (if applicable)


  • Product Photos (if applicable)


2️⃣ Approval & Shipping Instructions


Once approved, we will provide return shipping details.


3️⃣ Product Inspection & Refund Processing

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the refund/replacement accordingly.
