📌 Return Eligibility
✅ Products – Non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.
✅ Damaged/Defective Items – Must be reported with a video recording of the unboxing within 24 hours of delivery.
🎥 How to Request a Return?
1️⃣ Record a Video – Start recording before opening the package, showing the damage/defect.
2️⃣ Submit a Request – Email us at support@quitiz.com with:
- Order ID
- Video proof of damage/defect
- Product photos (if applicable)
3️⃣ Return Approval – Once verified, we will initiate the return process.
⏳ Refund & Replacement Process
- Approved returns are eligible for a replacement or refund based on product availability.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
