Returns Center – Hassle-Free Returns!
We aim to provide a smooth and easy return process for all eligible products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or received a damaged/defective item, we are here to help!

📌 Return Eligibility
✅ Products – Non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.
✅ Damaged/Defective Items – Must be reported with a video recording of the unboxing within 24 hours of delivery.
📦 Standard Product Returns
✅ Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Condition: The product must be:
Unused & Unworn (if applicable)
Undamaged and in its original packaging
Include all tags, manuals, accessories, and free gifts (if any)
🔹 Returns are NOT accepted if:
❌ The product is used, washed, or altered.
❌ The product is returned without original packaging & tags.
❌ It is a non-returnable item (see below).
🎨 Customized & Personalized Products
🔹 Important: Products that are customized, engraved, monogrammed, or made-to-order CANNOT be returned unless:
✅ There is a manufacturing defect
✅ The product was delivered damaged
📲 WhatsApp Confirmation: For personalized orders, we send a preview for approval before production. Once confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
🎥 How to Request a Return?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with a video recording as proof.
1️⃣ Start Recording Before Opening the Package – The package must be sealed when you start.
2️⃣ Record a Video – Start recording before opening the package, showing the damage/defect.
3️⃣ Capture the Order Label & Packaging – Ensure the shipping label is visible.
4️⃣ Submit a Request – Email us at info@quitiz.com with:
Order ID
Video proof of damage/defect
Product photos (if applicable)
5️⃣ Return Approval – Once verified, we will initiate the return process.
⚠️ Note: Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to process returns for damaged products.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
✔️ If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping.
✔️ For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
⏳ Refund & Replacement Process
✔️ Approved returns are eligible for a replacement or refund based on product availability.
✔️ Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).
🛑 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
🚫 The following items CANNOT be returned or refunded:
❌ Customized & Personalized Products (unless damaged/defective)
❌ Gift Cards & Vouchers
❌ Final Sale/Clearance Items
❌ Used or Damaged Products
