📌 Return Eligibility


ProductsNon-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

Damaged/Defective Items – Must be reported with a video recording of the unboxing within 24 hours of delivery.


🎥 How to Request a Return?


1️⃣ Record a Video – Start recording before opening the package, showing the damage/defect.

2️⃣ Submit a Request – Email us at support@quitiz.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Video proof of damage/defect
  • Product photos (if applicable)

3️⃣ Return Approval – Once verified, we will initiate the return process.


⏳ Refund & Replacement Process


  • Approved returns are eligible for a replacement or refund based on product availability.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
