  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days, while express shipping (if available) may take 2-4 days.
  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.


3️⃣ Returns & Refunds Policy


We strive to deliver high-quality products, but in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist with a return or replacement.


📌 Important Return Guidelines:


Quitiz Products – These items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products – To claim a return, you must provide a video recording as proof during unboxing/unpacking.


🎥 Video Recording Requirement:


To process a return for a damaged or defective product, kindly follow these steps:

1️⃣ Start recording before opening the package to show the original seal.

2️⃣ Clearly capture the unboxing process, highlighting the damage or defect.

3️⃣ Ensure that the product, packaging, and order details (invoice/label) are visible in the video.

4️⃣ Email the video along with your order details to support@quitiz.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.


⏳ Refund Process:


  • Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund based on availability.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4️⃣ Cancellations & Modifications


  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Any modifications to orders should be requested within 12 hours of purchase at support@quitiz.com..


📲 WhatsApp Confirmation for Customized Products


For all personalized or customized products, we will send you a preview for confirmation via WhatsApp before proceeding with printing and production. Please respond within 12 hours to approve the design. If we do not receive a response, production will continue as per the provided details, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
