Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Quitiz. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at quitiz.enterprises@gmail.com. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
